    One person has been critically injured at a drag racing event at Tokoroa Airfield in Waikato


    Police say emergency services were sent the single-vehicle crash on Moffat Road, just before 3.20 this afternoon.

    One person has been taken to hospital.

    The Serious Crash Unit and Worksafe have been advised, and enquiries into what happened are ongoing.
