A key Silver Ferns defender has admitted she wouldn't foot it in the Australia's Super Netball domestic competition

This ahead of New Zealand's third Constellation Cup test against the Diamonds in Invercargill tomorrow night, with the Ferns trailing the series 2-nil.

Coach Dame Noeline Taurua's suggested the ANZ Premiership isn't preparing players for test netball, promoting the idea of allowing the Silver Ferns to play club netball abroad.

But 29-year-old Phoenix Karaka says the Aussies are defensively very tight...and if she tried to play that way, she wouldn't last a full game.
