The Wellington Phoenix women are embracing the chance to show support for the rainbow community during the A-League's pride round

The Nix will wear a custom-made white and rainbow kit for their final game of the season against the Western Sydney Wanderers in Porirua this afternoon.

Defender Mackenzie Barry - who'll become the first player to bring up 50 games for the franchise - is right behind the initiative.

Kickoff's at 4pm...with the Nix out of play-off contention.
