New research involving 10-million people's linking junk food with more than 30 physical, mental health and sleep problems

International researchers have reviewed 45 previous reports - finding ultra-processed foods are associated with a higher risk of 32 health conditions.
These include cardiovascular related death, obesity, anxiety and sleep problems.
Massey University health professor Lisa Te Morenga says this confirms what we already know.
She says some foods are less healthy than others and they're those junky foods which might taste good, but don't have much else going for them.
