US research suggests a Covid jab once a year, with one more for high risk people, could be the right vaccine strategy

The study's found an annual vaccination with a second dose for older adults and young children was associated with fewer hospitalisations and deaths, and less healthcare spending each year.
The FDA has already proposed roll out in America.
