    Hallensteins Glassons has topped a list of fines - out of serious compliance breaches found in the New Zealand sharemarket


    Business Desk reports seven matters were referred to the Disciplinary Tribunal last year - with penalties between 25 and 75 thousand dollars.

    A single case was referred in 2022.

    Hallensteins Glassons failed to have a majority of independent directors within its audit committee for four years.

    Fines were also issued to 2 Cheap Cars, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, CDL Investments, Enprise Group and Truscreen Group.
