    A man has been arrested with a toy gun at Auckland's Lynnmall centre this morning


    Police were called just after 10.30 to reports of a man carrying what was believed to be a firearm.

    Officers are satisfied the incident's been resolved and there's no ongoing danger.

    In 2021, at the same mall a man injured eight people in a stabbing attack at the Countdown.
