Auckland Police warn anyone helping a man accused over a fatal shooting in Ponsonby Road - could be prosecuted

They're looking for 31-year-old Hone Kay-Selwyn in relation to the death of a man on Sunday.

Police allege a shooter fired multiple shots at a group, hitting and killing one.

Detective Inspector Chris Barry says anyone found to be aiding or assisting Kay-Selwyn evade Police, may be liable to prosecution for being an accessory after the fact.

He is considered dangerous and shouldn't be approached
