New Zealand's biggest bank is about to stop buying and selling foreign cash

ANZ will stop distributing currency from November 13, after a dive in demand.
It will also start charging commission on foreign cash purchases after November 14, on its cash-back platinum credit card.
But Herald money editor Tamsyn Parker says BNZ, Westpac and ASB won't be ditching the service.
She says they are holding on, hoping borders will eventually re-open, and people will travel.
