One of the final slices of real estate in Christchurch's Cathedral Square is on the market

One of the final slices of real estate in Christchurch's Cathedral Square is on the market

The 14-hundred square metre site, at the north-west corner of the square, has been sitting vacant since the 2011 earthquake.

Before that, it was the site of Grant Thornton House - a 12-level office block, with retail below.

Colliers director of investment sales Courtney Doig says it could be transformed for retail, office or hotel use.
