    More Kiwis are complaining about insurance, as premiums continue to rise


    Latest figures from the Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme show its started investigations on a record 600 disputes in the past year.

    That's up 25-percent on the year before.

    The disputes include issues around house, vehicle and travel insurance.
