Dutch tennis professional Wesley Koolhof is on the cusp of the farewell of his dreams

The Netherlands are through to the Davis Cup final for the very first time after upsetting Germany.

Koolhoff is retiring after the event...and says it's a great way to end his playing career.

The Dutch will meet Australia or Italy in the final.
