    An expert's reminding those hoping to score 55-million dollars in this week's Lotto draw, that the odds are not in their favour


    A record breaking jackpot goes on the line on Saturday in a must win Lotto Powerball draw.

    It's the highest in history, and more than 1.5 million tickets are expected to be sold.

    Victoria University statistician Richard Arnold says there's no art to it.
