Nikita Howarth's successfully chased her dreams in the pool, and plans on cooking up more ambitions away from it

Paralympic swimming champion is stepping away from sport due to medical reasons associated with an immune disease.
Howarth was 13 when she debuted at the 2012 London Games and was crowned a world champion in the 200-metre SM7 medley the following year.
She won gold in the event at Rio.
Howarth says she's going to settle back into everyday life and wants to eventually try to run a bakery.
