A warning for schools to make sure their staff have had the measles jab

The disease has caused some schools to send kids home in an effort to limit the spread - including Rowandale Primary in South Auckland.

Principal Karl Vesau says initially, some teachers couldn't find their immunisation records.

He says other schools should be demanding that information before the sickness reaches them.
