Challenges remain for Kiwi farmers exporting to China, despite an upgraded trade deal

The dairy sector will have to wait until 2024 before tariffs are lifted, even though China can't meet demand.
New Zealand China Council executive director, Stephen Jacobi, says there are still some problems with getting export approval for meat plants.
He says this isn't stopping us exporting quite a lot of meat to China, but we could do better.
