Nine out of 10 Kiwi teens aren't getting enough exercise - and it's affecting their wellbeing

A Lancet journal study shows 89 per cent of 11 to 17 year olds aren't getting the recommended hour a day.
Paediatric Obesity Expert Dr Yvonne Anderson says regular exercise is critical to health.
She says it's important to encourage wellbeing which comes from physical activity, especially as screens become more apart of our daily life.
