Housing remains a key concern for New Zealanders

The latest IPSOS report shows 62 percent of New Zealanders believe they can't afford to buy a home in their local real estate market.
IPSOS New Zealand managing director Carin Hercock says housing's been the most consistent issue over the past few years.
She says poverty and equality comes behind housing - which was only rated by 29 percent of New Zealanders in their top three issues.
She says housing isn't in the top five concerns in Australia.
