The government's being urged to encourage big businesses to follow its lead on invoice payment times

The government is setting a target for its departments to pay 95 percent of domestic invoices in 10 business days by June next year.
Small Business Voice CEO, Max Whitehead, says a lot of small businesses pay their invoices the day they receive them.
He says big businesses holding money back is a dirty way of making money and using small businesses as a bank for big ones
