The Breakers have continued their form in the Australian basketball league with a fifth consecutive win

The Breakers have continued their form in the Australian basketball league with a fifth consecutive win

They've beaten the South East Melbourne Phoenix 97-92 away.

Finn Delany hit the game-sealing three-point shot with seconds to play.

The Breakers now sit fifth, two wins off a play-off spot.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's future is under scrutiny after the defending Super Bowl champions will miss the divisional play-offs for the first time in 11 years.

The 42-year-old will become a free agent on March 19.

Canterbury's Leo Carter has become the fourth batsman to hit six sixes off an over in a Twenty20.

Facing a chase for 220 against Northern Districts in the Super Smash at Christchurch, Carter completed the feat in the 16th over off spinner Anton Devcich as part of 70 from 29 balls.

The Kings won by seven wickets with seven balls to spare.

Debutant Glenn Phillips has top-scored for New Zealand with 52 on the third day of the third cricket test against Australia in Sydney.

The visitors made 251 in reply to the hosts' 454.

The hosts are 40 without loss in their second innings - a lead of 243.

Ben Stokes has equalled the world record for catches in an innings by a fielder on third day of the second test against South Africa at Newlands.

Stokes took all his five catches at second slip to become the 12th player - not including wicketkeepers - to snare five.

South Africa were dismissed for 223 - the visitors are 218 for four in their second innings, a lead of 264.

The Sydney Roosters have granted centre Latrell Mitchell a leave of absence leading into the NRL season.

The move follows an off season riddled with rumours surrounding the 22-year-old's future.

He's been linked with several rival clubs.

To our Sonny Bill Williams watch...

The new Toronto Wolfpack signing has been hamming it up at Manchester United football training with the players milling around for a few snaps.

He was presented with a team shirt.
