A Canterbury seaplane tour operation could still go ahead - if the company can reduce risks to swimmers and boaties

The Civil Aviation Authority has decided not to allow Peninsula Air to land seaplanes in Lyttelton Harbour - for safety reasons.
But Aeronautical Services Manager Sean Rogers says they can reconsider in the future.
He says if the company's able to find a way to prevent others using the water when they need to land - the CAA will review its decision.
