Hundreds of elderly Hawke's Bay residents are set to lose help with their housework

It comes after a review by the District Health Board.
The cuts will affect people aged 65 and over who only receive DHB-funded housework - and no other health support services.
A letter to users says those who consider the service essential can have their situation reassessed.
But it also suggests some elderly do their own housework to stay healthy.
The DHB's forecast spending around 82 million dollars this year on residential care
