    A post-mortem is being carried out on the victim of a Christchurch house fire


    One person died in the New Brighton boarding house blaze yesterday morning.

    A Fire and Emergency spokesperson says along with police - they're still investigating the fire.

    They say the cause is still unknown - but there's nothing to suggest foul play.
