The Christchurch-based company with more than 900 thousand users worldwide, was hacked in January last year - with the loss of 24 million dollars.
Today, Lawyer for the liquidators Scott Barker told the hearing they're still trying to work out what's in the cryptocurrency wallets of a quarter of account holders - whose data was in Arizona, where the hack occurred.
But Barker says more than 500 thousand users hadn't accessed their accounts after August 6
He says they may have to head back to court before Cryptopia's assets are distributed.
