    A 30-year-old man's due in the Tauranga District Court today after a police pursuit early on Sunday morning


    He's facing dangerous driving charges, as well as driving while disqualified and failing to stop for police.

    Police allege the man failed to stop for them in Fraser Street, just after 1.30am, and was pursued before being stopped on State Highway 2, near Gill Lane in Te Puna.
