Questions remain ... until the National Party donation fraud case is back in court
25 February 2020
Independent MP Jami-Lee Ross and three other defendants have pleaded not guilty to Serious Fraud Office charges today and will reappear in court in June.
Outside court, Ross said he knows people have questions - but some of them have to wait until trial.
Ross' lawyer Ron Mansfield stepped in when Ross was asked if National MPs would be called as witnesses.
He says they don't know who'll be called as witnesses - as they haven't received anything from the Serious Fraud Office yet.
