Employers must ensure there's no pressure on retail workers to come in to work sick

First Union's calling on employers to do their part to help halt any spread of coronavirus.
First Union's Secretary for Retail, Finance and Commerce, Tali Williams, says often retail workers go into work sick because they don't want to 'let the team down'.
He says employers need to have a combination of common sense, empathy and practicality - and they should cover general sick leave.
