March's ANZ Business Outlook survey shows confidence at levels not seen since 2008's global Financial Crisis.
Export intentions are also at a record low, after disruptions from China's lockdown.
ASB Senior Economist, Jane Turner, says they're constantly reviewing their economic forecast, given the ever-changing situation.
She says they're taking a cautious approach.
