Len Peneha lived next to the Al Noor mosque in Christchurch and helped people over a large concrete wall to escape the shooting.
Despite helping dozens of people to safety -- he says he often thinks of one man he didn't save.
After the event, he thought about it all the time -- and would regularly have panic attacks
He says in the end -- every car was a potential gunman and he was diving into every driveway to try and hide from them.
Peneha says counselling -- and moving house -- have helped him cope.
