Domestic students that meet university entrance requirements can apply for the scholarship on the University website
Victoria University's Vice-Chancellor Professor Grant Guilford says the scholarship is available for study beginning in Trimester 2
Current students are ineligible but can apply for hardship support if they feel they've been affected by Covid-19
