Optimism from experts, about New Zealand's low level of community transmission of Covid 19

This country now has 11-hundred and 60 cases of the disease.
Otago University epidemiologist Michael Baker says a concerning number of cases are linked to clusters.
But he says there have been very few random cases.
He says most of the cases are still linked back to overseas travellers who are having to spend time in quarantine.
