The first official reports of Covid-19 infections among Kiwi health workers

They include about 20 support and care workers, working in hospitals and in the community -as well as 17 nurses, seven administrative staff, seven doctors and three medical students.
ASMS Executive director Sarah Dalton says tracking those numbers is critical.
She says it's a useful statistic, both in terms of monitoring how we're are dealing with the outbreak -- and how effectively frontline medical workers are being protected.
