A Christchurch white supremacist has lost his appeal against strict prison release conditions

45-year-old Phillip Arps was sentenced to 21 months in prison last June for spreading footage of the Al Noor Mosque massacre.
He was freed in January - with the condition he wears an electronic ankle bracelet with GPS, which would trigger alerts if he went near local mosques.
Arps was also banned from using the internet, or contacting any Muslims.
He challenged the strict conditions - but the High Court today found them reasonable.
