The Electoral Commission is urging people to enrol early this year and as they reveal the safety measures for this year's general election

Voting places will employ social distancing, hand sanitising and election workers will have protective gear.
The commission is also extending advanced voting by two days - and increasing the number of advanced voting venues.
Chief electoral officer Alicia Wright says enrolling early means people will be in and out of the voting place quickly.
She says they'd also like people to vote in advance, and vote locally, which will both help keep queues down.
