The Budget will be announced this afternoon.
Andrew Kelleher from JMI Wealth says people will be focussed on jobs, the continuation of the wage subsidy, tax relief and the business loan scheme.
But he says they'll also be looking to the future.
Kelleher wonders whether the Government has given any thought to an exit plan.
He says the big structural spending can't be permanent and there has to be an exit plan at some point.
