Wellingtonians are expected to take a little while to adjust to new speed limits

Limits on central city streets have dropped to 30 kilometres an hour.
Taranaki Street, Vivian Street, Waterloo Quay, and other main roads will stay at 50 kilometres an hour.
Mayor Andy Foster says people won't be ticketed straight away for not adhering to the new limits.
He says they're starting off with an educational approach,
