New South Wales' Premier is urging residents to buy face masks

The Australian state has recorded 20 new cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.
Face masks will become mandatory in Victoria's badly-affected areas from midnight Wednesday.
Australian Correspondent Oliver Peterson says there's concern masks will sell-out.
He says it's like the toilet paper issue where people will buy them and hoard them, or will resell them online for an inflated price.
