Police were called to a breach of the peace at The Glebe Apartments in Queenstown yesterday.
Four members of the Highlanders were staying there with friends, and a guest says they urinated in a public courtyard and intimidated guests.
A 24-year-old - who's not a team member - was arrested and charged with wilful damage and disorderly behaviour, and will appear in court tomorrow.
Highlanders CEO Roger Clark says no players in the team were arrested.
However, he says management will thoroughly investigate and establish the facts.
