This comes after a study into caffeine use disorders, found even New Zealanders who consume a moderate amount of it a day, are at high risk of becoming addicted.
Changing Minds CEO Taimi Allan says people need to know having two or three cups of coffee a day, will affect their mental and physical health.
She says people discuss alcohol and cannabis use, but believes it's time to also have a conversation about caffeine and other substances that affect our brains.
