Seven Highlanders players were among a group that were accused of anti-social behaviour at apartments in the resort town at the weekend.
They've been cleared by the Highlanders of causing any physical damage but the club has apologised to the apartment complex and those affected.
Coach Tony Brown says they've shut the book, but the onus is now on that group to respond.
