    Police are searching for a man who held up a Lower Hutt bar at gunpoint last night


    Officers were called to the robbery on Horlor Street in Naenae about ten past seven.

    A man had entered the bar with a firearm and threatened staff, before fleeing with cash.

    Nobody was injured.

    A scene examination continued today.

    Police want anyone who saw anything suspicious to get in touch.
