    Two former Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority employees charged over alleged fraud named

    Two former Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority employees charged over an alleged fraud involving a West Coast waste-to-energy plant can be named for the first time



    Gerard Gallagher and Simon Nikoloff were both working for Cera in 2017 when they were investigated by the State Services Commission following alleged private property deals.

    Both pleaded NOT guilty in the High Court today in Christchurch to charges of corrupt use of official information and will stand trial in August next year.
