The Los Angeles Lakers are back in the NBA Finals for the first time in a decade

The Lakers have beaten the Denver Nuggets 117-107 in game five of the Western Conference finals, claiming the series four games to one.

Superstar LeBron James was a standout for the Purple and Gold, with 38 points 16 rebounds and 10 assists - a performance he says he channeled through his teammates.

The Lakers will battle either the Miami Heat or Boston Celtics for the Larry O'Brien trophy.
