Suzie Bates sees no reason for the women's Big Bash to follow the lead of the men with rule changes

The Australian Twenty20 competition will allow a substitute player among three rule changes to enliven fixtures.
Teams can also sub in a so-called X-factor player after 10 overs of the first innings while the six-over power play can be split.
The points system has also been altered - a bonus point's on offer to the chasing team if they're ahead of their opponent's 10-over score.
Bates, who plays for Adelaide, is applying an "if ain't broke" mantra.
