Candace Cameron Bure believes her faith can get her through anything

The 44-year-old star is a devout Christian and feels that her faith in God can help her overcome any problems and difficulties

Asked about a mantra that she tells herself, Candace said: "'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.' Philippians 4:13. This reminds me of the power of God within me through prayer and that I am able to withstand and endure any difficulties I'm facing."

The 'Full House' actress revealed that she also prays every morning to set her mind and emotions "on the right path".

When asked for her morning routine, Candace said: "Pray then drink matcha.

"(I) read my bible and align my day with the word of God. It anchors me and sets my mind and emotions on the right path."

And the actress also confessed that she tries to put her phone down so she is not distracted by the device every day.

She explained: "It's so important to walk away from texts, emails and social media and be present throughout our day."

The 'Aurora Teagarden Mystery' actress is always trying to remain active, even while completing mundane tasks such as making a cup of tea.

She told E! Online: "I move around whether it's working out to my Kira Stokes fitness app, going on a walk or hike or getting in 'strength' snacks throughout the day, like 10 push-ups or 50 leg lifts while I'm waiting for water to boil for my tea."

Candace also revealed that the coronavirus pandemic has made her appreciate being at home with her husband Valeri Bure and their three children, Natasha, 22, Lev, 20, and Maksim, 18.

Quizzed on what is making her happiest at the moment, she said: "Being with my family and working on Hallmark movies! If this pandemic has taught me anything, it's the importance of slowing down and being present at home."
