A real estate manager predicts Auckland's booming housing market has yet to reach its ceiling - but it's close

Barfoot & Thompson made record sales last month with about 1480 properties moving hands at an average price of nearly 1.1 million dollars.
Managing Director Peter Thompson says property investment will continue until the Reserve Bank reviews Loan-to-Value-Ratios in mid-March.
He says house prices will increase - but not to the same extent of the past three or four months.
