    A second conviction for Shay Joseph Middleton

    A second conviction for Shay Joseph Middleton


    The 32 year old has been sentenced in the Wellington District Court to three years in prison ... for possessing videos depicting child sexual abuse and exploitation.

    He must forfeit all devices and will be placed on the Child Sex Offender register.

    Middleton was convicted of the same offence in 2013 - and sentenced to one year of intensively supervised community work.
