    Christchurch city council's pressing ahead with plans for a memorial service to mark the deadly 2011 earthquake



    Monday marks 10 years since an aftershock killed 185 people and destroyed much of the city centre.

    A Council spokeswoman says the event is still set to go ahead on Monday, but they are looking at the impacts of the shift to to level 2.

    A final decision on the event -- will be made on Wednesday
