Kerry Katona has no problems with her daughters joining a dating app

The former Atomic Kitten singer - who has announced her own service Marnii with fiancé Ryan Mahoney after they met on Bumble - would happily let her eldest kids Molly, 19, and Lilly-Sue, 18, sign up for online dating, and she suggested they've already gone for it

She told MailOnline: "I've told Molly and Lily - they've already signed up for it. Molly's 20 this year and Lily's 18 so I think people forget Molly and Lily are grown women now.

"I'm not asking [them] to go on there just to s**g about, if that's what they want to do then that's what they want to do as long as they're b****y safe about it.

"I'm like, 'get on there go find love, get out there get dating of course'. I may have forced them to sign up."

Kerry has Molly and Lilly-Sue with ex Brian McFadden, kids Heid, 13, and Max, 12, with former husband Mark Croft, and six-year-old son Dylan Jorge with late ex George Kay.

The 40-year-old star admitted it has taken her a long time to learn how to love herself and realise her self-worth.

She added: "I think for so long I was pretending in my relationships, I had to prove I was so happy and loved-up.

"I've even had to go on TV and justify whatever partner I've been with their actions and lie and pretend we're so happy when it's all b******t.

"My Instagram is a reflection of that, You don't see many pictures of me and Ryan together on Instagram because I don't have to prove anything to anyone. All that matters is me, Ryan and the kids, that's all that matters."

Meanwhile, Kerry previously revealed their dating app has been created to help people find their "happy ever after".

She said: "I’m releasing a new dating app with Ryan this year called Marnii. The slogan is ‘everybody deserves a happy ever after.’ We met on an app and some people think they’re not destined for love or don’t deserve it. I've been married, divorced, widowed, I’ve done them all.

"I thought I didn’t deserve to be in a relationship because it doesn’t work. For two years I was lonely, then I met Ryan. It doesn’t matter what you’ve been through, everybody deserves a happy ever after.”
