    A man's been sentenced for falsely claiming his deregistered company was on the Financial Service Providers Register


    Pegasus Markets' Kiwi-based director Michael Reps has been given two months' community detention and 90 hours' community work.

    Criminal charges were brought by The Financial Markets Authority against the company and Reps.

    Two websites continued the misrepresentation for two-and-a-half years after a warning by the Companies Office.
